1. Our Return Policy

At Silk By Ali, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags and packaging
  • Gift cards and downloadable software products
  • Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return instructions.
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Include the original invoice and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the package to the address provided in your return instructions.

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Refund Processing Times:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 1-2 business days
  • PayPal: 24-48 hours

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and process a replacement or refund once we receive the returned item.

8. International Returns

For international returns, please note that any customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.

9. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective or damaged.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
