Currently, we only sell unstitched suits. However, we can recommend trusted tailors in your area who can stitch your suits according to your preferences. Please contact our customer service for more information.
You can track your order by visiting our Track Order page and entering your order number. The order number can be found in your order confirmation email. If you have an account, you can also track your orders from your account dashboard.
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location:
- Within Lahore: 1-2 business days
- Major cities in Pakistan: 2-3 business days
- Other cities in Pakistan: 3-5 business days
- International shipping: 7-14 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Payment & Shipping
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) - Available for all orders within Pakistan
- Bank Transfer - Details provided after order placement
- EasyPaisa - Mobile wallet payment

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 3,000 within Pakistan. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee of Rs. 200 applies.
For international orders, shipping charges will apply based on the destination country and the weight of the package. These charges will be calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product meets the following conditions:
- The product is unused and unwashed
- The product is in its original packaging
- All tags are attached
- The product is not damaged

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange
- Our customer service team will guide you through the process
- You will receive a return shipping address
- Ship the item back to us in its original condition
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange
For exchanges, please specify the item you would like to receive instead.
Once we receive your returned item, our refund process works as follows:
- We will inspect the item within 1-2 business days
- If approved, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer, and you will need to provide your bank details
